DAY 1: The Operating Model and Target Operating Model are defined and THE STRATEGY JOURNEY Framework explained. Value & Capability Modelling are explored and we dive into a practical case study with exercises to illustrate how to conduct value modelling.
DAY 2: We cover Heatmap Analysis, Customer Journey Analysis and Value Stream design as they support Service Design with exercises from the case study to illustrate.
DAY 3: We show you how to create Target Capability definitions for a new service, including Process and Data Analysis, and a High Level System Architecture. There is also an Introduction to Transformation roadmap Planning.
At Stratability a wealth of practical experience cross industry has been harvested to develop our academy offerings. This workshop is applicable to all sectors of business whether a Startup, SME or a Large Global Corporate as well as Council or Government Departments and Non-profits and aligned to the following roles:
The workshop interweaves elements of theory, best practice and evaluation to give an applied learning experience. A case study is used throughout the workshop to bring the theory to life.
Attendees are split into groups to undertake a number of practical exercises and activities. The groups will present their outputs at various points during the workshop. The activities will predominantly be carried out around the classroom or the break out areas. The course does not use any software or modelling tools.
Time is available at the end of the workshop to reflect on how what you have learnt can be applied to your current challenges
